Halloween is that special time of the year when we dress to impress. We impress by either being scary, funny, cool, or hot. My personal favorite is Scary and funny. Anyone should celebrate Halloween. It always awesome to dress up! Who doesn't want to be a killer pumpkin, or Darth Vader? Their are some people who buy their costume, and then some who are genius and make theirs. Here are some of the coolest costumes on Halloween!
